Salary and additional benefits trend research - H1/2024

Together with our partners Assert International Bulgaria, we are pleased to announce the launch of the seventh "Salaries, Benefits and Fringe Benefits - Trends (SATR H1/2024)" survey.

Their Business Intelligence team will analyse data from all the companies that took part in the survey to understand in detail what employer attitudes are for the next half of 2024.


Here are some key findings from their H2/2023 analysis:

  • Companies in the Manufacturing, Information Technology and Retail & FMCG sectors were the most active.

  • One of the main objectives of the companies is precisely to retain the current employees in the organizations, as well as to create conditions for attracting new suitable specialists.

  • A small number of businesses have considered reducing additional incentives and bonuses in the second half of 2023


Tradition and established good practice in running the previous 6 editions helps our partners make the best decisions for their businesses.


These results not only shape the path for informed decision making, but also open new avenues for innovation and collaboration.
