Successful first edition of the new "IT Recruitment Academy" of "Manpower Bulgaria"

On the 18th of June ended the first edition of the IT Recruitment Academy of Manpower Bulgaria, in which five participants immersed themselves in the depths of recruitment techniques in the IT field. Within a month, the all-day academy recreated the work environment of an IT Recruiter and gave the students the opportunity to gain real work experience through specific business cases.

With completely practical orientatiton, the aim of the academy is to provide participants with a hands-onn experience that will prepare them for the career challenge in the field of human resources.


 



As veterans in recruiting, staffing, and headhunting, with more than 15 years of experience in the Bulgarian market, our team also shared good practices with them.


 



 


Why IT Recruitment Academy?


By creating a specialized HR Career Academy, we at Manpower aim to meet the growing need for specialists in the field of human resources, which we see in the market. It is the great demand for trained personnel in the field of IT Recruitment that caused this step.


 



In our daily work with candidates with different backgrounds, we observe that many of them are interested in the HR field and are even considering career reorientation in this direction. However, due to the lack of experience they do not feel comfortable applying for available vacancies.


 



Seeing, on the one hand, the demand for the business and on the other, the desire and interest of talents, the academy was the logical solution to shorten the distance between them and a way to create a "win-win" situation for all.


 



The uniqueness of the education form is that the one-month training academy also offers a paycheck for all participants. This way we aim to offer them financial security during the educational period, which increases their commitment and motivation.


 



With its wide portfolio of services, Manpower's ambition is to offer similar academies to other sectors, thus compensating for the acute shortage of trained talent in niche segments.


 



The second edition of the IT Recruitment Academy


The second edition of the IT Recruitment Academy is coming at the end of June and there are still a few spots free.

  • French at an excellent level - written and spoken (C1)

  • English language at level B2

  • Interest in the HR field with a focus on IT selection
