HR BOOTCAMP – The next recruitment academy by Manpower Bulgaria

The next recruitment academy organized by Manpower Bulgaria – HR Bootcamp 2022 was developed in response to the constantly changing labor market, the needs of companies and talents, the noticeable shortage of HR professionals in the different industries and the active interest in such initiative from our clients.

HR BOOTCAMP is the third recruitment academy organized by Manpower Bulgaria. However, for the first time it is available to everyone on the market. It is suitable for people who are interested in a career in human resources, want to build or further develop their knowledge and skills or to retrain in the field.

HR BOOTCAMP has gathered a team of 13 lecturers with years of proven experience in the field of human resources. The aim of the academy is not only for the participants to acquire and build on their theoretical knowledge but to gain valuable practical experience.

Some of the topics on the agenda are: organizational structures, recruitment and talent acquisition, interview techniques and first contact with the candidates, mass recruitment, IT recruitment, BPO/ SSC recruitment, project and talent management, personal branding as a recruiter, labor market trends, labor law and many more.

HR BOOTCAMP will take part between the 4th and 21th of October and will be held live in the brand new Manpower Bulgaria office in Sofia and online.

The academy will end on the 21th of October with a special networking event where all participants will have the opportunity to meet with professionals from different industries and companies operating in Bulgaria.

During the event certificates for the successful completion of the academy will be awarded to the participants.

Generation Z are looking for flexibility and clear communication in the workplace

For the third consecutive year, we surveyed young talent's career expectations - Student Study 2023. During April and May, we surveyed 495 students and workers, aged between 16 and 25, allowing them to share their opinions, expectations, and attitudes on the topic. The results of this survey aim to provide advice and practical guidance to employers so that companies can make informed decisions about attracting and retaining young talent in their teams.

За трета поредна година проведохме проучване, посветено на кариерните очаквания на младите таланти - Student Study 2023. В рамките на месеците април и май анкетирахме 495 ученици, студенти и работещи, на възраст между 16 и 25 години, давайки им възможност да споделят своите мнения, очаквания и нагласи по темата. Резултатите от настоящото проучване имат за цел да предоставят съвети и практически насоки на работодателите, за да могат компаниите да вземат информирани решения в посока привличане и задържане на млади таланти в екипите си.

Намирането на подходящи хора е ключово предизвикателство пред бизнеса във всички сектори. Още по-предизвикателно обаче се оказва задържането им и гарантирането на направените от работодателите инвестиции в квалификация на работещите при тях.
